Our mission at the DuPage Latino Chamber of Commerce is to educate, advance with integrity and build unity and leadership among the Latino business owners of DuPage County to fight for our interests and rights and achieve both individual and collective success.​

We seek, with servant leadership, to help team members feel more connected to their colleagues and more valued by their leaders and managers. In turn, these team members will feel more confident in proposing ideas and suggestions to improve projects and will have a greater feeling of participation in the project results.​

May the study of the principles of servant leadership be so that we open our hearts, motivate and unite as Latin merchants, with a new vision of a community of greater abundance, exalting our Latin culture and brotherhood, with passion and collective spirit, seeking always unity and uniting more to our cause.
